30.
There is a 7 and 8 all ready in column nine so by deduction
a 5 must go as illustrated in row three.
Now
compare column to row. Column nine only has three numbers left- 2,3,4.
What number can be placed in column nine based on looking at row
five?
|
31.
Answer: 2 because there is a 3 and 4 all ready
on row five.
Row five-
where does 8 go?
Hint: Compare
block to row.
|
32. In
row
three place the missing 7 and 8. |
|
|
|
33. Place
the 7 in column eight. There is only one place it can go because
there are 7s in column seven and column nine and block six
needs a seven.
|
34.
Place the 4 in block three.
Hint: Look at column eight. |
35.
Complete column seven. |
|
|
|
36. Complete
row five.
Hint: Look at column three. |
37. Place
3 in block four.
Hint: Look at column one.
Where to now? |
38.
Because rows eight and nine only have 3 numbers remaining they
are prime
candidates.
Place the 3 in row eight.
Hint: Missing numbers- 3,4,6. Look at column six. See where
3 goes? There is a 4 & 6 all ready in column six so the 3 must go as shown in
next graphic.
Place the 2 in row nine.
Hint: Missing numbers- 2,5,9. Look at column four. See where
2 goes? Same situation here. There is all ready a 5 & 9 in column four so the
2 goes as shown in next graphic. |
|
|
|
39.
Place 5 in column three.
Hint: Look at block one. |
40. Place
9 and 2 in column three.
Hint: Last two numbers are 9 & 2. Look at row two to see a 9. |
41. Current progress. |
|
|
|
42.
Column six is complete.
Finish
block six.
Hint: Look at row six for a 3.
|
43. Finish
block 4.
Hint: Row three and six will show you the placement of 4 & 5 in
block four. |
44. The rest is all yours.
Complete in this order: Block three, Block
one, Column one, Row four, Row one, Row eight, Row seven, Row six,
